The user's data are used by TEA BORCH S.N.C. DI MOTTINI SIMONE & C., the data controller, in compliance with the principles of personal data protection established by the GDPR 2016/679 Regulation.
 

  1. MODES AND PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
    We inform you that your data will be processed by the following means:

    • Mixed - electronic and paper

    with the following purposes:

    • Product service delivery
    • Customer management (contracts, orders, shipments, and invoices)
       
  2. LEGAL BASIS
    The provision of data is compulsory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations. Therefore, any refusal to provide such data in whole or part may result in the inability to provide the requested services. 
    The company processes optional user data based on consent, i.e., through explicit approval of this privacy policy and the methods and purposes described below. 
     

  3. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
    Without prejudice to communications made in fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the following categories of recipients.

    • Customers and users.
    • External managers.
    • Internal managers.

     

  4. RETENTION PERIOD
    Data required for contractual and accounting purposes are retained as long as necessary to conduct the business and accounting relationship. 
    The data of those who do not purchase or use products/services, even though they have had previous contact with company representatives, will be immediately deleted or processed anonymously if their retention is not otherwise justified unless the informed consent of the persons concerned has been validly acquired about a subsequent commercial promotion or market research activity. 
    The data retention period is ten years from the date the data was acquired, and it will be processed for as long as necessary to perform the existing business relationship. 
     
  5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
    Under European Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and national legislation, the data subject may, in the manner and within the limits provided by current legislation, exercise the following rights:
    • request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her (data subject's right of access - Article 15 of Regulation 679/2016);
    • to know its origin;
    • receive intelligible communication from them;
    • obtain information about the logic, methods, and purposes of the processing;
    • request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected (right to rectification and deletion - Articles 16 and 17 of Regulation 679/2016);
    • right to restrict or object to the processing of data concerning him/her (Art. 18 of Regulation 679/2016);
    • right of revocation;
    • right to data portability (Art. 20 of Regulation 679/2016);
    • in cases of consent-based processing, to receive their data provided to the data controller in a structured, machine-readable form and in a format commonly used by an electronic device;
    • the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority (data subject's right of access - Art. 15 of Regulation 679/2016).
